How to Access Your Year-End Documents

As the holiday season wraps up, we look ahead to the next year and put a bow on 2025. In financial sense, that means gathering your documents from the previous year as you prepare for tax filing season. Instead of waiting for documents and forms to arrive in the mail, we make it easy for you to access these documents yourself! Continue reading to learn how you can conveniently and securely access your year-end documents.

Credit Union Statements, 1099-INT & 1098 Forms

Your membership account statement from UCU will include any of your deposit accounts and if applicable, include consumer loan information and HELOCs.  With Digital Banking, you can view up to 18 months of eStatements and documents online. Within your statement, you can view both Dividends Earned Year to Date on deposits and Interest Paid Year to Date on loans.

To view your statements online:

  • Login to Digital Banking by either desktop or mobile app.
  • Click on the menu for eStatements.
  • Select the Statement you’d like to view or download.
  • 1099-INT or 1098-Forms are also available here to view or download.

Mortgage Statements and 1098 Form

UCU home loan documents, including Mortgages and Home Equity Loans, can be accessed through Digital Banking within Mortgage eStatus. Here, you can see current and past years information.

To view your statements online:

  • Log into Digital Banking
  • Click Mortgage eStatus in the left menu
  • Within Mortgage eStatus, click on Account Info, then Documents to view a list of available statements and notices. You may toggle the year with the drop down on the right-hand side within Documents to view past years’ information.
  • 1098 Forms are issued annually in January, prior to month end.

Credit Card Statements

To view your personal credit card statements, there are a few options! You can utilize Digital Banking, or the UCU Credit Card App.

Within Digital Banking, select Advanced Credit Card Controls, and select Statements.
