Stay in the know about your UCU accounts with custom eAlerts in Personal Finance Manager (online banking)! With eAlerts set up you can receive communications about your accounts via text message or email like low balance warnings, transfer reminders, login alerts, and more!
How do I set up eAlerts?
1. Log into Personal Finance Manager and click the "eAlerts" tab at the top of the navigation menu, then click the "Add Alert" link.
2. Choose which type of alert you would like to add and click "Next".
3. The next screen will give you options on how to customize your alert. Fill out the options as you see fit and click the "Save" button when you are done. You have just set up your first eAlert!
To add more alerts, just repeat steps 1-3 to add as many custom eAlerts as you need. Click the "Alerts" tab at the top of the navigation menu to see a listing of all of your alerts.
How do I edit or change my eAlerts?
Click the "Alerts" tab to view the list of your alerts, then click the "Edit" icon next to the alert you would like to change. This will bring up the options screen again for you to edit.
How do I stop receiving eAlerts?
Click the "Alerts" tab to view the list of your alerts, then click the "Delete" icon next to the alert you would like to stop receiving. This will remove this alert from your account.
